Jennifer Mullen is a partner in our Phoenix office. She focuses her practice in the area of general civil litigation with a focus on construction litigation, general liability, civil rights, professional liability and premises liability. She has advised builders throughout the country on risk reduction and analysis and served on numerous Boards of Directors for general contractors and developers. In addition, throughout her years as general counsel for a homebuilder, she has significant experience in lending law, employment law and public relations.

Jennifer Mullen has broad experience in a number of state and federal courts in all aspects of arbitration, mediation, oral argument, hearing, settlement negotiation, trial and appeal, including workmen’s compensation defense, defense of Federal Multi District Litigation matters and medical malpractice related mass tort litigation. With many years of experience in the construction industry and litigation, she often works with her insurance defense clients to develop effective risk management strategies in order to avoid or minimize future litigation. Jennifer first became licensed in Nevada in 1996 and was involved in the first successfully tried case under Nevada’s construction defect law. Since entering private practice, Ms. Mullen has attained broad experience in the homebuilding industry including development of comprehensive risk management strategies, implementation and development of safety and quality standards, and in general land use law.
