Over the course of his legal career, Tim Gravitt has represented a wide variety of institutions and organizations in an equally wide variety of matters. His experience includes, among other things, defending nationally known life, health and disability insurance carriers in ERISA and bad faith lawsuits in both State and Federal courts; representing an internationally recognized charitable organization in litigation ranging from will contests to landlord-tenant disputes; defending personal injury and wrongful death matters, including asbestos exposure cases; defending national and regional builders in construction defect actions at trial and arbitration; and trying a number of insurance coverage lawsuits on behalf of his insured clients. Mr. Gravitt has written and argued several writs and appeals that have resulted in published appellate decisions.
